DOMESTIC ORDERS (AUSTRALIA)

Standard Shipping

  • Under $100 AUD: $7.99 AUD
  • Over $100 AUD: Free

Express Shipping

  • Calculated at checkout based on location and parcel weight

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, and in most cases are shipped on the same or next business day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, public holidays, and peak seasonal periods, which are outside of our control.

For domestic exchange orders, delivery timeframes may vary depending on location (typically 2+ business days). Express shipping is not available for exchange orders.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping rates (standard and express) are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination, parcel weight, and shipping method.

Depending on the destination country and applicable regulations, duties, taxes, and import charges may be calculated and collected at checkout through our shipping partners. In other cases, these charges may be applied by local customs or postal authorities upon arrival in the destination country.

All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to purchase if you are unsure of any applicable charges.

All About May is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred after shipment, and these charges are non-refundable where applicable.

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs fees or import charges, the parcel may be returned to sender or held by the carrier for a limited period before being returned or deemed unclaimed. 

Any resulting costs incurred (including return-to-sender fees, handling charges, and any customs or import fees charged to us) may be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.

We are not responsible for parcels that are abandoned, returned, or undelivered due to refusal to pay customs or import charges.


UNITED STATES ORDERS (TRACKING & DELIVERY)

For United States orders, once the parcel arrives in the destination country and is handed over to the United States Postal Service (USPS), tracking updates and delivery management are controlled by USPS.

We strongly recommend tracking your parcel directly through USPS once it enters the United States, as this will provide the most accurate delivery updates.

From this point onward, delivery delays, attempted deliveries, missed delivery notifications, and final delivery outcomes are managed by USPS and are outside of our control.

If you experience delivery issues within the United States, we recommend contacting USPS directly in the first instance. While we will always assist where possible, we are unable to intervene once the parcel has been scanned into the USPS network.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Postal service delays
  • Customs processing
  • Local courier handling
  • Public holidays
  • Peak seasonal periods

Once dispatched, all delivery timeframes are outside of our control.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and order details
  • International duties and taxes may be applied either at checkout (where applicable via our shipping partners) or by local authorities upon arrival in the destination country
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details entered at checkout are correct
  • If an incorrect address is provided, All About May is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable parcels
  • We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or held once handed to the carrier
  • We recommend providing a secure and accessible delivery address to avoid issues
