International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination and order details.

Depending on the destination country, duties and taxes may be calculated and charged at checkout through our shipping partners, or alternatively charged by local authorities upon arrival.

All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import charges, or taxes incurred after shipment.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees or import charges, it may be returned, held, or deemed abandoned. Any resulting costs incurred (including return fees, handling charges, or customs fees charged to us) may be deducted from any refund or store credit.

We are not responsible for parcels that are delayed, refused, lost, or unclaimed due to customs issues.


SECTION 8 – INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY (INCLUDING USA)

Once an order arrives in the destination country and is handed over to the local carrier, delivery management transfers to that carrier.

For United States orders, this is typically USPS. From this point onward, tracking updates, delivery attempts, delays, and final delivery outcomes are managed by USPS and are outside of our control.

We recommend contacting USPS directly for delivery issues within the United States. While we will assist where possible, we are unable to intervene once the parcel has entered their network.


SECTION 9 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and store credit are governed by our Returns Policy.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law for faulty items.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our returns criteria.
